No One Is You-er Than You


Sometimes Dr. Seuss says it all,
"Today you are you! That is truer than true! There is no one alive who is you-er than you!"

Only you can love like the dad, brother, son, mom, daughter, sister, or friend, God has uniquely called you to be. Today, just be the 'you' He created you to be. No one can fulfill that role like you can. Don't forget your first role as His child, your first love, Jesus Christ.

“And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, & with all thy soul, & with all thy might." Deuteronomy 6:5

There is no one alive that is you-er than you cause He made you unique and special, and that my friend is so very true! Praise Him for that with a life that loves well.

Why do we introduce ourselves?

One of the things that might confuse a newcomer coming into this great ministry is the way we introduce our self and do so every time we meet in a Step Group and/or Open discussion group. The question that often comes up is; “Why in the world would we have to introduce our self every time we come together? I mean, we all know each other don’t we? We all know what the other is struggling with right? So why should I have to state my main issue I am dealing with? These are all logical questions and I think the below content from Tina at Saddleback might help shed some light on this.
