Big Plans!

Have you made plans for the coming year?  Did you join the masses and make a 2019 New Years Resolution?  It's okay if you did, but I just want to encourage you with something.  It's a reminder that God's plans are far greater for you than you can ever fathom.  Whatever you're in the middle of right now, be encouraged to remember that God's plans are to prosper you. To restore you.  He has plans to give you hope and a future!   

 "Lord, you have never left us. The enemy would have us believe that we have been all alone in those darkest times. The enemy lied and said we were better off all alone. The enemy deceived us and said we weren't even worthy of having you near. Our perception of you became clouded, and we forgot what your unchanging word says. We forgot that in Thessalonians 5:11 we were told to encourage one another. We forgot in James 5:16 that we're supposed to confess our sins and pray for one another. We let ourselves decide our worth instead of remembering Colossians 1:12 where we are told that YOU have made us worthy! Father, we are so sorry we have done this, and together we thank you for TRUTH that you, almighty GOD, never left us! Thank you for understanding us, and for lifting us up out of the miry clay. The clouds are breaking in your name, amen."

 Don't forget that this Friday night at 7:00pm is "Nail it to the Cross" night at Fellowship Bible Church .  It's going to be such a sweet night of surrender and victory!

Why do we introduce ourselves?

One of the things that might confuse a newcomer coming into this great ministry is the way we introduce our self and do so every time we meet in a Step Group and/or Open discussion group. The question that often comes up is; “Why in the world would we have to introduce our self every time we come together? I mean, we all know each other don’t we? We all know what the other is struggling with right? So why should I have to state my main issue I am dealing with? These are all logical questions and I think the below content from Tina at Saddleback might help shed some light on this.
