God Is A Promise Keeper

No matter what you may be facing right now, I want to encourage you with a few thoughts.
God has a plan to lead you perfectly and he is with you wherever you are. His word promises that he is with us - that he takes delight in us and that he loves us! 

God delights in you and me! 

He loves you! He’s not distant or disinterested in us. God is our perfect father and he wants to help you and me.


"The Lord hears his people when they call to Him for help. He rescues them from all their troubles."  Psalms 34:17


I encourage you to let yourself receive what he has already promised to give you, to let yourself believe that his promises are for you. Allow him to love you. Let him in and listen for his voice. His promises are unchanging and His love is steadfast! Have a great week!

Why do we introduce ourselves?

One of the things that might confuse a newcomer coming into this great ministry is the way we introduce our self and do so every time we meet in a Step Group and/or Open discussion group. The question that often comes up is; “Why in the world would we have to introduce our self every time we come together? I mean, we all know each other don’t we? We all know what the other is struggling with right? So why should I have to state my main issue I am dealing with? These are all logical questions and I think the below content from Tina at Saddleback might help shed some light on this.
